I am on day 9 of my 21-28 fast; I am 511 and 41 years old btw...
I started day 1 at 251 LB and I am today day 9 at 232.5 LB. I am feeling calm and not as hungry.
But, time to time during the day... I am having these gigantic cravings for a big cheese bacon hamburger and an Extra Large Pizza.
My question is...
What to do with the cravings that keep hunting me during my fast ???
After my fasting... Do you think that will get easier to make the right choices of food.
I would like to develop a raw vegan keto way of eating after my fast.
