Know any good Chinese herbalist for diabetes.

Dear Friends,

I am asking for a 70 year old friend, who has diabetes, and said Chinese herbs help him while he had used both American medicine and Chinese Herbs for the past 14 years. He just moved to San Ramon, California, in order to be near his children. Is there any Chinese herbalist, accupunturist ( or any ethnic doctor who is licensed as Chinese Herbalist, accupunturist ) who practices in San Ramon, or near San Ramon? Since he just drive local, and not on freeway, I really appreciate your help.
