Hello everybody my name is Chris and right now I'm on day 2 of my Water Fasting journey (its ending as we speak so onto day 3). I'm primarily doing it for weight loss as I'm only 16 and weighing at 298lbs (135kg).
I know that post-fast I will have to do a complete lifestyle change and I'm happy to do so, I just really want to change overall as a person: being healthier and cleansing myself.
I've decided to do this after a lot of research and a butt load of failure in the past of weight loss, dealing with Depression makes it even harder but I'm prepared for it as of now.
