Muscle spasm and physiotherapy.

My sister was an athlete. She’s now taking a break from her sports life. She’s into arts and literature these days and she’s been planning to write a book. And because of this she is at home most of the time, never goes out or anything. I believe this sudden change is affecting her adversely. She’s suffering from muscle cramps and spasms.I read an article about how physiotherapy and massage therapy helps in dealing with accident rehabilitation and spasms. I’m planning to ask her to take an appointment to a nearby physiotherapy centre. Does anyone know how much it would cost around Mississauga?
