Safe Cancer Testing: Cervical Cancer

Recent diagnosis of carcinoma en situ after a Pap smear. Hysterectomy was suggested after a LEEP procedure. I actually did not understand what the doctor was really going to do until after the LEEP was performed. It was far more invasive than I realized.
I have decided to follow a raw vegan diet and use anti cancer supplements and lifestyle routines. After that experience in the doctors office I don't want to have my progress monitored in a way that could cause more harm.
How can I check my progress and confirm that cancer cells are not spreading? Any suggestions for a safer test?
Thank you!
