Sounds like your symptoms are die off. Herxumimer reaction. Go slow and don't mix so many things together in enemas. Do 2 Tsp of acv and quart of water. If can't hold just do as much as you can till finish quart. Try coffee enema, supports liver during cleanse. Boil distilled water then add 2 Tsp of organic coffee and boil for 5 mins then let cool. Try to keep some in for 15 mins.
