Re: Iodine Question - newbie here

Both of my ovarian cysts are shrinking because of my Iodine use. I 100% know it's the iodine. Prior, when I wasn't using the iodine, both cysts were growing rapidly. Started using it, and now, a couple months later, cysts are shrinking and have shrank quite some bit. My doc originally wanted to do surgery but has now called it off, woohoo!

I take 150mgs Lugol's Iodine a day and paint my abdomen maybe every other day. I was doing castor oil packets but had stopped. I'm going to pick that up again though to speed things up. Good luck with everything, I think you're on the right track!
