Help! Severe 2 month progressive reaction from probiotics

Hi, looking for some help.

I took a high strength 30 billion CFU 30 strain for 2 weeks at the start of April and it has given unbearable progressive symptoms since.

Began with waking up in the night in dread for 3 weeks, before giving tightness in calves and stiff hand joints, severe emotional and cognitive changes, intermittent nausea, intermittent burning pain in arms and legs, balance issues, vision issues which seem to be a bit better, severe migraines for last 3 days which cannot be treated with meds.

Doesn't seem to be stopping at all, just progressing.
