Get rid of the life suckers!

Done is done. You got some benefits, though.

It is better to keep the timing as per the protocol. Our liver really does it's job of cleaning between 10pm and 6 am.

I would have postponed my flush if I ate at 3pm. I get better results when I fast a day before.
