Help:
1.Does it take little bit or significant amount of semen to leak from boxers to shorts?
2.Does it take longer to dry on clothes than pee?
3.Can it dry on clothes within 5 min like little bit of pee?
I got a weird buzz/feeling down there while needing to pee in public when I saw a hot woman. And I am afraid I might have came? It was not like cumming but different, but kind of weird.

Have you ever experienced something like that and has it leaked onto shorts?
