losing my only friend

Hi so I'm in grade 10 and I pretty much only have one friend, in December we had winter break which was 2 weeks long and we hardly talked and didn't hang out even once then we had spring break in April and again it's 2 weeks long and we didn't talk or hang out and now it's summer break which is 2 months long so judging by the past breaks we won't hang out at all and I'm worried that if we spend 2 months hardly talking and not hanging out that we won't even be friends next year, what do you guys think?
