Rough First Day

Hi all,

Yesterday was my first day of a ten+ day MC. Whoa, it was tough. I went to work for a few hours but felt so sick (headache, nausea, etc.) that I practically RAN home at 1:30 and jumped into bed, where I stayed until this morning, getting up only to take my dogs for a walk. I had one of the worst headaches ever and the only thing that slightly helped was an ice pack applied directly on the side of my head. I did not want to take anything like aspirin, although I would have if the headache didn't start to go away today (thankfully, it has...I feel a lot better although still a little sick).

I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this am, went well. This is my ???? MC, I lost count, something like sixth or seventh, but every one has been different.
