Liver flush
Hi all---on day 9 of 10 day MC. Completed my first Master-Cleanse in March. My question is, how critical is it to do a Liver Flush after a 10 day MC? I am thinking about finishing off with one this time, but thought the Liver Flush was used more often with longer fasts. Would skipping the flush do any damage if I am repeating the Master-Cleanse every three months? Thanks for your replies!
