We're all here for you! I'm on day 6 of 15 and at 182. Want to be 175 when I'm done -- which I'm sure I'll make. It's not so bad now that day 4 is over (days 3 & 4 are the worst for me).
In my case, I did the gym days 1-4; took a break day 5; then will do 6-10. I'll see how I feel on day 11 :)
