Hello, my husband and I are planning to try this summer. I want to make sure to start all the necessary vitamins beforehand. I am extremely confused as to how much of each vitamin I need to be taking during pregnancy. Everywhere I look, different numbers are thrown at me which is making me super confused and frustrated. I really want to make sure I have enough of everything necessary. Please, can anyone out there tell me which vitamins and how much of each are needed, thank you!!!
