Creamy, lotion like discharge

I've been suffering for quite a while and would love some feedback. I had sex twice with a condom. A little while after I started noticing a sticky dry discharge. It didn't itch and there was no smell. So I went and got tested for STDS. All my std test came back negative including a 2 week HIV test. But I was still concerned because my discharge had always been egg white. I went back and forth and they could find nothing. One day I woke up and was itching. As I was rubbing down there, I noticed very little cream on my hand. I mad enaothee appointment and she did a wet prep and said that she had found a couple of bacterial infected cell, maybe a small years infection." So she gave me Metridozale which did not help. The itching continued inside my vagina and I started noticing these sharp pains inside my vagina. Everyday I would feel myself down there and it was little creamy discharge. I kept going back to the gyn and every time they swabbed it seemed like the would always get the egg white discharge. I asked if I could just kinda wipe and give the discharge to her but she said she had to go past my cervix. About a year later, the creamy discharge became extremely excessive and it looks just like lotion and has a musty smell to it now and continues to itch and sometime I feel these sharp pains in the vagina that make me jerk back. I know have pelvic pain on and off and some on the side. I'm afraid that what we this is has gotten worse. I went as far as ordering gonorrhea and clamydia home test and they come back negative. The itch is continuous and really gets me down. I get sad and pray to God that whatever it is, I will find out soon and I ask him to protect my reproductive organs. I also have little white specks in my urine and every time I would go the gyn, I would ask if I could take my urine test last so I wouldn't wipe the discharge away. The bad discharge itself is creamy like lotion and gets mixed in my my egg white discharge so every time I go, they seem to only get the egg white. I just feel like the speculum can't really pick up vaginal fluid that's creamy vs a slippery like discharge. The only thing I know creamy discharge discharge to be related to gonorhhea and clamydia but I've tested negative for those so many times. There's only so many stds so I don't know what the heck this is. I always ask myself maybe they weren't finding clamydia/gonorhhea, because they never got the creamy discharge because it wasn't that excessive at the time. Could this be it? And what did my doctor mean she found a "a couple of bacterial infected cells in my vaginal fluid" under the wet prep? I'm going to the doctor again soon and am terrified because I've had this so long but I know by the grace of God if I continue to speak life on myself, he will protect my organs so I can have kids and let me find out what this is so I can get rid of it. Has anyone and this experience? And I would love some feedback about those who had clamydia/gonorhhea before in women. I'd appreciate it, thank you. I'm going to make sure next time I go, I demand they get that discharge because my gyn did say I had some bacteria infected cells and that was right when I started itching inside my vagina. I would post a picture of the discharge but I don't want to freak anyone out. Thank you.
