Hi! Today is my second day of water fasting. Before that I was good prepared eating just mostly fruits and being hungry most of the time..
The first day of Water Fast was perfect, I felt good prepared so the hunger didnt bother me so much. But today I woke up in the morning and I felt terrible. I couldnt get out from bed because everything was blurred and I almost fainted. My heart was beating so fast. I get scared so I ate one banana and I felt better after that.
Now I feel disappointed of yourself cause that is just my second day and I already ate something. Shouldnt I do this? Do you think I can get back after that to not eating? How should I do this correctly? Or maybe now It could be better to start juice fasting since I broke the Water Fast by eating the fruit? I just dont want to do something bad for my body and moreover I can add that this Water Fasting is mostly for losing weight purposes.
