Dear Cathy; I just read your brilliant post from 2003. My family is suffering so much (as you know)but I pray that this reply finds you doing well.
As it is now 2017 I was hoping that you would have some more information on this horror, it seems the doctors attitudes have not changed since 2003, they have been no help to us other than scabies treatment. I was so excited to find your post as you sound so informed on this matter and are obviously very intelligent as well. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.
