Re: Newbie who just wants to be able to go outside again

I've read conflicting stories about the master cleanse. When I was a teen, over 20 years ago I did it with my dad for 7 days not even sure why I did it then other than our neighbors had been on it for 40 days and they told us they were relieved of any sicknesses they had and I could visibly see the difference in their eyes. No red, yellowing just pure white. I was thinking of doing it again for my current issues, but I think it's something you should look into. Tweet
