Parasite identification help needed.

Possible Tapeworm in bowel photo Alert!
My daughter was diagnosed with leaky gut, autoimmune thyroiditis, multiple allergies and the inability to detoxify normally. I put her on humaworm a month ago and noticed this in the toilet.
Can anyone help diagnose what this is? Possible Tapeworm segments? And how do we get rid of the entire tapeworm. Thank you.
