Dizziness, blood pressure and salt

Dizziness is a sign of low blood pressure, and you can actually regulate the blood pressure with the amount of salt you consume.

Add some unrefined Sea Salt to your diet, and it will help you with the blood pressure.

When you are fasing on water for many days, you wash out a lot of minerals like sodium from your body, than you take fruit juices rich in pottassium, and it creates an imbalance in pottasium and sodium, (low sodium, high pottasium) .

That imbalance can result in lower blood pressure.

Add some salt to your watermelon, it will also taste better.
