Earlier this year, I discovered a sebaceous cyst about the size of an almond between my thigh and outer labia, that was making cycling uncomfortable.

I had a dermatology appointment already schedule that was a couple months away, so I thought, if I can save a few hundred dollars on surgery and zap this thing before then, so much the better.

I tried falling asleep nightly with and a warm rice pack and a piece of cloth soaked in castor oil between my legs. It took a long time — about 30 days for it to be gone completely. It never came to a head or drained, just decreased in size. The changes were imperceptible for the first couple of weeks and then moved more quickly towards the end of the month.
