No exercise during water only fast, light walking for you is ok. You will do more harm then good by doing all exercises you mentioned. Also drinking 10-12 L water is insane. You need to let all your organs rest, including kidneys. Drink as per thirst.
Fasting is not the best way to lose weight. You will lose weight, but will gain back if you don't change your eating habits. After you finish your fast, the most important thing to do is to stay on raw plant based diet and continue to heal and maintain the weight.
