So made a decision,after my beginner faster 48 hr water fast, to do intermittent fasting for a month to gently detox my system first. Gently ease my body into the art of fasting. So doing shorter 44 hour fast Thurs-Fri, and Sat-Wed fast for 16 hours between my 5 hour window of clean plant based low calorie diet. This is part of a lifestyle vision, and I intend to gently birth life to a fresh way of living. I recommend looking up the ***FAST DIET, AND ***THE DIET OF THE MONKS OF MT. ATHOS, WHO FAST INTERMITTENTLY EVERY OTHER DAY VERY COOL! THEY ARE THE HEALTHIEST COMMUNITY RECORDED TO DATE! I have physical therapy and feel this will be beneficial to prefer this way. Blessings 😀
