Day 3 here and feeling quite fuzzy this morning -- I swear the screen is blurry! Try to get in all your liquids today and then some -- I'm sure you'll feel better in the morn. Day 3 and 4 are the worse for me -- which is why I timed day 4 to fall on a Saturday. I plan on going to the gym in the morning for 30 mins of cardio, then take a hot bath, then keep my jammies on for the rest of the day. Once I get to day 5 it's pretty much smooth sailing....keeping fingers crossed!
