ok yesterday the pain was absalutely unexplainabley ecrutiating,I have never known a pain like it in my life,seriously.
I am better today,yesterday the pain was 16/10,today it is 7/10 and I am only taking one pain killer and they are more spaced out.
I continued to pull today,I used a little eucolyptus oil,and coconut oil.

my gums are looking very nice and pink,you would not know by looking what is truelly going on inside!If I was a dentist I would think all was wonderful.
in my gum down left,the strangest prickly sensation ,can't think of a way to explain it.

thing is at least today there is slight improvment.

breathing deep with the pain,aiming to gradually come off painkillers over week all being well,gradually mind you.
