Thanks Everyone!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I must admit, I have a motive for this fast, and that's going to Hawaii in about 3 weeks. I'd like to take off about 11 pounds that I've put on the last year. I swear I gain and lose these 10 pounds over and over! But it will feel good knowing I'm going on vacation at the same weight I was this time last year -- and feeling really good. It's day 2 and I'm already feeling the energy rise. I was up at 5 AM doing housework - wow!
