Gosh, I feel really deprived if I don't have lemonade in the morning :-) I can tell w/ my metabolism if I need some. I always have some lemonade before I exercise at night. If you are early into the fast, the hunger/craving issues tend to get better as your body adjusts to the fast--that's what I've found anyway (I'm on day 24). If it were like that continually, I doubt many people would be able to fast. BTW, dinnertime is my weak time--that was my favorite meal, so I think it's just missing the ritual of it.
