HI Frostymug,

I started the keto diet about a month ago, shortly after starting I noticed the overgrowth in my stool... All the signs are there, stringy poop varying in color, white specs in stools, etc.

I was wondering if the fungus in stool is a sign that they are dying off, and if the keto diet is a good diet to get rid of candida.

Also, after you got rid of it for yourself, how did your mental capicity change?
