Candida: Eczema from die off

I'm currently doing a cycle of anti fungals as a recent stool test showed high yeast and I suffer from Eczema (TH17/2 dominant)

I'm taking SF722 (undecylenic acid) plus Candeze enzymes for biofilm breakdown

My issue is, I can't get above 2x3 SF722 per day (rec dosage is 3x5 per day). As soon as I go higher my eczema flares massively. Same happens if I increase probiotics (sach boulardii)

As I struggled to increase these I added a capsule of Caprylic Acid last night (650mg) and had a massive skin flare up today.

Is this just a case of taking it slowly. I've been on them for 3 weeks now.

I'm also on holiday so I hoped that 8 hours of sun a day would take the edge off. Usually I come home healed with the sun but after a week I'm worse than when I arrived 😯

So, take a break from anti fungals and let the sun do its work? reduce down a little and maintain then try again in a week?

Just a worried about resistance if I keep backing off...
