Its a slow process are your adrenals screwed up too? The only thing I know is my Sugar craving is diminished which is strange 100% gone and my blood Sugar low is way controlled I'm not so fatigued but still have that adrenal over stimulation I never got any advice on nutrient after care and have not got to my hair element test yet I still get the heart palp and muscle twitches n foamy urine the fatigue is just very much lifted I think and hope this is just a matter of healing stressed out adrenals Tweet
