Antibiotic resistant inner ear infection please help!

Hi, I have an Antibiotic resistant ear infection in both ears. It's been there for a least a month. My Dr. tried to refer my to a specialist, but my insurance doesn't kick in for another 2 weeks and most specialist don't take cash pay. The ones that do want $300 before im even seen (the U.S.)

I've been using 50:50 apple cider vinegar and H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) drops and taking 9000mg ascorbic acid vitamin c in divided doses everyday. It seems to help keep it controlled but hasn't cured it.

My doctor said my infection is too deep for ear drops to reach and it's​ probably behind the ear drums too. She said both my ears look bad. She doesn't know what else to do besides refer me because I've been on way too many Antibiotics .
