(NSFW) Red bumps on glans penis, what is it (Gonorrhea?), how cure?

Dear curezone community,

**Background**
Since approximately 8 months, I have noticed that a surface has been growing on the side of the mouth of my glans penis, that has primarily been a slight bump, and over the months it has become a bit folded, and looking more like a pit in one place.

Recently it has starting to spread a bit more, now occupying approximately a fifth of the total surface of the glans.

I was diagnosed with gonorrhea and chlamydia around the beginning of April last year (2016) after about one month relation with one woman, who had no idea.

A tiiny bump appeared quite soon just on the left side of the mouth of my glans.

I took the Antibiotics (400mg cefixime, then doxycycline and azithromycine) which appeared to fix things, and around the 10:th of May I made another test for gonorrhea and chlamydia and it was negative. In September, out of nothing my penis started generating pus, I took a medical test and it showed I had gonorrhea but not chlamydia. I took the same Antibiotics again and it disappeared.

Now in April this year, I was seeing a fraction of a drop of opaque pus in the mouth of my penis, and the red bump looked like it had become a bit bigger, and it had gotten a folding in it. Also I felt a tiny irritation when urinating.

I took the Antibiotics again, and pursued my girlfriend (whom I have since June last year) to immediately make a vaginal swab-based gonorrhea and chlamydia test. She did, and it showed negative gonorrhea and positive for chlamydia. She took 7 days of doxycycline. The test also showed that she had had Ureaplasma. She felt irritated in her vagina and lower belly after the treatment, and is taking some TCM herbs currently.

As for me I tried to fix the bump with tea tree oil and some other natural methods, and it only caused the skin to shed but not the bump to disappear.

A red bump or bit on the glans penis is not a typically documented feature of gonorrhea or chlamydia.

I have a tiny sense of pain on the glans, but which could be for other reasons.

This situation makes me ask myself what this is in the first place, and how to cure it.

It does not look very problematic today, but, I am worried that it will grow instead of revert to its original shape.

Also, if this shows that I have a potentially serious health condition, then I better understand this now also to take any measure to cure it.

**Question**
This makes me ask,

* What is this? And,

* How do you suggest I cure it?

This photo does not show the color difference well. Instead, on the photo, you instead see the difference in texture of the bumped areas and the original areas.

**Related theory**
..If it's gonorrhea:

* I understand that TCM both acknowledges it as a transferable condition since old times ("lin bing"), and also as a general manifestation of underlying causes, e.g. liver heat.

* Dr. Tilden seems to recommend fasting and fruit eating, if it is gonorrhea.
