?? worm in my face?? please help!!

this crap started about a week ago. I've got quite bad pain right under my nose that lasted about 20 minutes. after this my whole nose, upper lip and some around nose area became numb. it stayed semi-numb overnight to become little swollen in the morning. then this semi-numb, stuffy, ticklish sensation spread to my left sinus. at that point, I experienced heart palpitation and some serious discomfort there. next day it spread to my left lymph node. in the emergency room, they gave me some antiallergic stuff but it didn't do anything. next day my blood pressure and body temperature raised badly 150/90 and 37.9c. at the same time, the wierd feeling went up to the temple. and at some point, I could feel something moving up and down around my ear. right now I'm mostly ok BUT, the weird feeling is still there- in my sinus, lymph node and behind my ear. PLEASE HELP. haven't been outside of Canada for 3 years. Tweet
