Are these Mirena symptoms?

My symptoms are: all over body twitching, armpit pain, breast pain. Swelling of the arm, armpit and shoulder, joint pain, exhaustion. Wrist and knee pain, back spasm. Numbness and tingling in my left arm and fingers. Heaviness and achiness in my hips. The weirdest part is the left arm swelling and armpit swelling and pain. Does this sound like something that could because I had my IUD? I am having it removed in three weeks because of these symptoms because I am suspicious of the Mirena.
