Heavy metals in my body

Hi there,
I just did Doctors Data Hair Test Element and I have heavy metals in the body. I have Aluminium 1.8ug/g, Mercury 0.36ug/g, Lead 0.23ug/g, Arsenic 0.029ug/g. Do you think it is big amount guys ? I know this is individual but maybe you know how long will it take to get rid of these of my body using Andrew Cutler's protocol ?
