I've heard of people applying the Ivermectin topically. As for internal dosage, according to ICU's protocol (//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1586882#i), the horse paste should come in a prefilled plastic syringe with knotches marked in pounds. One syringe treats 1,250lbs. So divide 1250 by your weight. So for example, say you weigh 200lbs, one syringe would give you approx 1250 / 200 = 6 doses.

I've also heard putting a couple of drops of pure gum Turpentine (Diamond G) into some castor oil and applying it topically is good. I'm going to try it myself to treat my stubborn rosacea.
