IMAM plus mix smelling like ammonia

Wanted to shoot out a question here- I made a salt-loading mix for myself, and discovered it's smelling powerfully of ammonia/cleaning solution this morning. It's clumping, so I'm gonna throw it out. Wanted to hear though if any of you all have clues as to what's happened?

The mix is: 80% Sea Salt (mediteranean), 10% potassium bicarbonate, 5% sodium bicarbonate, 5% citric acid
All were combined dry in a dry container, but it clumped after the first night in the sealed jar.
