7 Years No Cavities

This really surprised me. I avoided getting x-rays for 7 years. I normally would get them every 3-4 years because I had really strong teeth.

But then I had CF. My body was massively acidic with extremely weak immunity. The last thing I needed was radiation from x-rays. So in total, 7 years went by. I may have had a cavity even longer ago than that, but don't remember.

Because my PH was at 4.8 for a long time, then 6.2 for months, I thought that I would likely have at least a few. Low PH is like putting teeth in vinegar- they dissolve.

I was delighted to find out I had none. I survived chronic fatigue with NO cavities! Victory for me!

And the best part was saying no to a fluoride treatment, and telling the dentist that I haven't had a treatment or used it in toothpaste for at least 15 years! Haha And I get compliments on my teeth all the time.....without your rat poison fluoride.....ok I didn't say the last part :) Tweet
