One of my favorite quotes is from a Bugs Bunny episode with the silly wabbit racing against the turle. The turtle's cheering section sings to him about beating the rabbit.... ["He did it before and he can do it again - and he can do it again. He's done it befoooooooooore..."] then the turtle says slowly "and I'll do it again.".

You've done it before, CQ, and even though the emotional and physical stress may be different this time, the will you had before is still there. After a few days of doing the fast, you will have tapped into that reserve of strong-will you mentioned about us in your post and be on your way to recovering physically, emotionally and mentally.

Look at this way, after months and months of not feeling well, you are now only 10-21 days away from being renewed like upon eagle's wings!!!! Every sip of lemonade is causing death to go out of your body and life to come in.
