Ear and back pain with vision problems still after mirena removal

Hi,I have had my mirena for 10 years, I never noticed any problems and got my third one put in the end of october.....it hurt so bad I didn't think I could do the 15 min drive home but then all was fine the following week, so I thought. I developed major anxiety with shortness of breath then a rash on both my legs. I was super bloated but it was the holidays so I didn't pay much attention. It wasn't until February that things started to go really wrong. To keep it short (ish) major constipation then major pain in my right side, digestion problems, heart palpitations, low body temp, an ovarian cyst rupture, uti, blurry vision, headaches, fatigue, back pain. After a lot of tests and everything looked fine I did my own research luckily I found this site and got my mirena taken out last Monday (almost two weeks) my stomach isn't , so bad but what's the most prominent is my vision that makes me dizzy my face feels super hot but no high temp and my left ear feels like it was to erupt and my mid back hurts mostly around the spine. I just came from urgent care and I don't have an ear infection but he'd like me to get a catscan sometime this week. Are those symptoms normal? I really want to get back to who I use to be, I've developed health anxiety and keep feeling like I'm going to die. Thanks for any replies.
