I rather experiment than stop the fast. How many times you get a chance to fast for 30 days. In the US we all are running around and never have time for rest. I hope you live in a nice serene place which allows you to out easily and get some energy from the planet, yes, walk bear feet in the dirt and grass, amazing energy booster, which takes away all positively charged electrons from your body. Google Earthing. I think Jainism may have realized that before the western world did.

Sorry to divulge. As I mentioned before after 30 days listen to your body and take one day at a time. Is your tongue pink now or still white coated. I hope you are using tongue scraper everyday.

Drink warm water to hot water to minimize gas. Gas means detox as well, all decomposed foods in your body release gas. This does happen in the latter part of a long fast. This is why clean my colon before fasting with heavy dose of vitamin C or Epsom Salts .
