Liver and toxins...what is best way to support?

How do we cleanse the liver from congestion isn't this maybe a factor for alot of us...toxins...I'm only praying I get better its been a month since cavitation surgery still have adrenal issues ..heart palpitations trying different and higher dose of magnesium and other adrenal supplement but the liver is my issue the toxins how to support cleanse repair
