Fecal body odor, help me please.

I've been on this site for a while now and I recently have given up on life, I say recently but it's been 4 months now I've been housebound except for the like 5 times, I used to smoke weed till I got all the usual comments all day so maybe that could have had an influence.

I recently remembered or thought about I'm not sure when I was around 12 I had a couple months of being insulted for smelling like shit. I later stopped smelling like this and kind of forgot, made friends got a girlfriend and then I'm 16 now and had to leave my job. I know for a long time I would eventually smell bad and not be able to smell it if I smoked weed I think, but I have since cleansed my body I think and have stopped smoking weed after smoking for like 2/3 years almost daily.

Anyway my symptoms are:
Sweaty Ass, smells bad when I get sweaty but always had a sweaty ass as far as I can remember since I started puberty but don't think I always smelt bad, unless I just was oblivious but I'm pretty sure some people can't smell it, or smell it as much. I just want to rid Myself of this curse and live again for my mum so I can leave home after getting a job, I don't want to be a burden on the society but I can't bring myself to work, I'm too embarrassed. I had this once I think and I guess I got better as I stopped being I guess bullied, but I want to be at a point where I can move away from my home town to go and live where I want too.

Sorry, symptoms are
Sweaty ass sometimes(not sure if related)
Abdominal pains
Chest pains
Mostly right chest(blood going into chest maybe?)
Occasional left chest pain
Sometimes get extremely sweaty especially during sex, more so than usual.
Mucus in poo
Possibly saw a single small worm in my bowel movement, not certain and going to get tested but my family don't show symtomns or believe they're infested.
Quite gassy both ends after eating
Drink 2-6 cups of tea daily - some people said coffee was the cause of this?

I want to beat this but I don't know where to start, and if I want to beat it and try something out how could I ever know if the smell has gone if I cannot smell it myself and am infect housebound from not wanting to be known as smelling as shit. All help is insanely appreciated god bless anybody who replies and helps, I am so desperate right now and consider suicide many times a day. I just want this nightmare to end. Thanks for the read.
