But, unfortunately, I actually ended up having strep throat. 😔

I went to the doctor and my culture tested positive for strep, so of course now I'm on Antibiotics for 10 days.

I broke my fast with coconut water and fruit juice for 48 hours followed by vegetable juice and whole fruit (at different times) for another 48.

Today I had a small amount of steamed veggies and some salad without dressing. I am adjusting well to eating again, but my spirit is a bit down.

I'm bummed that I had to break the fast, but I thought it's the right thing to do to avoid any further complications with the strep infection.

I will intitiate another Water Fast again in June or July.
