Even worse I'm not consuming 2300 calories a🙂day smh I realize this is more complex than I thought a person can eat five meals a day but if its not high calorie then u can still be undereating but I eat 2 to 3 meals and they are not enough calories at all i think since I cut back on fast food n Sugar I'm starving myself I'm gonna go to vitamin shoppe and buy a bulk weight powder and try burgers hear n there n peanut butter sandwiches its against my type of healthy Diet but starvation mode could be a problem I noticed since the last 2days of eating peanut butter sandwiches n burgers n 2tbsp of olive oil my stools have become dark brown as they once use to be and not light brown (insufficient bile) I may hold off on preg hormone for the moment or maybe do both
