Re: Ovarian Pain?

I do 50 mg Iodine daily, take high quality MVI, take bioidentical progesterone cream 20 mg for 14 days of cycle, which helped for about a year, but now I am back to sharp pain during my cycle and during ovulation. I have very light flow sometimes only lasting 1-2 days. Can someone please advise. Thank you
