HELP!! Trouble with lips peeling

Please help!! My lips started to be dry when i was 13 and back to the time i just ignore and peeled the dead skin but it keep generate another . It went on till i'm 16 i decided to stop peeling and give it a chance to heal and i have gone through many methods to cure but now i'm about 18 and i feel so hopeless. Anyone have any ideas pls
I even try the leave it alone method for 6 months but it make no big different Tweet
