My thyroid has improved over 3 years of detox

Many people with recessive genes (blonde/red/brown hair and blue/green eyes) have weaker thyroids. I am one of them.

I've always had cold hands and feet, but just thought it must be poor circulation. But when living in Asia, my hubby and I had full medicals. His temperature was 37.4 Celsius.

Mine was 35.8!

35C is considered hypothermic. So I've almost been an icecube my whole life haha

But in the first 2 years of detox, my temperature has gone up to 36.2, and this last year (my 3rd of detox), it's often at 36.4. So I'm improving!

I've been tested for low thyroid many times, but they always come back as normal. But my temperature says otherwise.

The other noticeable difference is the thickness of my hair and the length of my eyelashes. Both have improved greatly since I bottomed out with chronic fatigue. These are also thyroid related.
