Interesting. This past weekend I skipped meals and went through an unintentional fast which lasted for 3 days (28 hours fasting then I had a meal, then another 30 hours of fast, no planning at all), I was not hungry so I didn't eat, simple. Two meals in a period of 3 days. Then, now I'm experiencing this thing in the bladder, I have to pee every hour and half but the volume of urine is not high, and there's also foam with the urine (do you have it too? is your urine strong yellow and smelly also? I feel no pain at all though.) Anyways, it's interesting that there's a connection between fasting and aggravating bladder symptons, I think it's just the body getting rid of toxins, the best that I can do is drink lots of water and hold firmly during the ride.
